We're thrilled to introduce a new Pilates class to our schedule, perfect for our morning members. This 50-minute Mat Pilates class focuses on core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness, providing a refreshing and invigorating start to your day.

PEAK PERFORMANCE combines high intensity interval training, strength conditioning, and cardio bursts to maximize your fitness potential. You will power through dynamic workouts all while vibing to heart-pounding music.

Each session will leave you drenched in sweat, fueled with adrenaline, and wanting more!
